Aquatic Ecosystems Monitoring
With its own effort to provide safe drinking water for teachers, staff, and students, the College of Arts at the University of Basra has taken the initiative to equip a vertical refrigerator to store purified bottled drinking water, which is provided daily for free so that everyone can benefit from it. The College also intends to recycle the rest plastic cups and transformed them into fine art commensurate with the sophistication of the College and its students.
Clean Water
The College of Arts takes the initiative to provide clean, bottled and cooled drinking water for students, staff and teachers free of charge and throughout the working days.
Scientific Research
A research team from the University of Basrah published a paper indexed in the Scopus database, On microbial contamination of tap water supplied.
